Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are not negotiable.

Domestic Orders

We accept orders from anywhere in the United States, as well as from APO and FPO addresses.

International Orders

We accept most international orders. We recommend ordering from a local reseller if available. If you have any specific inquiries regarding international sales, please contact a sales representative at sales@silenx.com.

Available Order Methods

We recommend placing orders directly on our site. Rest assured that during the order process, our site utilizes 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to safeguard your personal information. This prevents third parties from intercepting any information transmitted from your computer to our servers.

You may also order via telephone. However, we recommend ordering online for maximum security, accuracy, and quickest service.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted. You may also order using PayPal.

Shipping Rates

Domestic and international shipping rates can be calculated by adding the items you want to your cart and selecting the "Estimated Shipping Charges" link. Shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx).

Order Status

A USPS Delivery Confirmation number is provided for Priority Mail shipments, except those bound for APO or FPO addresses. Tracking numbers are provided for USPS Express and all FedEx shipments. Please note that items shipped using Airmail Parcel Post cannot be tracked.

Approximately 98% of all orders are shipped the same day received, as long as they are submitted before 5 p.m. Eastern time.

If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, the remainder of your order will be shipped and the out of stock item will be backordered. Once we receive stock of the backordered item, it will be shipped immediately at no additional charge using the method specified in the original order (or the closest available method if the original method is discontinued or otherwise unavailable).

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

To change or cancel your order, call us or email sales@silenx.com. Please note that we cannot change processed orders, and we cannot cancel shipped orders.

If an order has been processed and then cancelled, please allow at least one or two days for the credit to take effect due to credit processing delays.

Taxes and Duties

We charge 8.25% sales tax for all orders placed in the state of California. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or duties imposed.

Discount Codes

Occasionally, we will offer discount codes. Typically, such codes are for a fixed dollar amount and may only be used once. Codes are entered during the order process, and the resulting discount should be reflected in the order total. If you have given a discount code and experience any difficulties using it, please contact sales@silenx.com before finalizing your order.

Discount codes are not redeemable for cash, and they cannot be used if the order total is less than the discount amount.

Unsolicited requests for discount codes will be ignored.

Privacy Policy

We collect information such as your IP address and browser identification during the course of your visit. This information is used by our web design and engineering team to improve your browsing experience or to track abuse. A unique identifier (also known as a "cookie") is assigned for the duration of your browsing session to track activities such as pages visited and items added to your shopping cart. This identifier is a nonsensical alphanumeric string only understood by our shopping cart software; it does not contain any embedded personal information. If you place an order with us, we will also collect billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card details. Any and all information provided, either directly or indirectly, is treated as strictly confidential and not sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties without express written consent. Long story short, we hate spam as much as you do.

Our site does not use pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other form of intrusive advertising. If you encounter any such advertising in the course of your visit, it is being served by third-party software installed on your computer. Such software is commonly known as "spyware" and can be removed using a spyware removal utility such as AdAware and Spybot Search and Destroy.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Service

Items may be returned and exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

All Ixtrema branded products come with a one year parts and labor warranty. All Luxurae branded products come with a two year parts and labor warranty. All other products are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty.

To request a return, exchange, or warranty service, call or email us at support@silenx.com, and a support representative will respond to your request as quickly as possible, typically within one to two business days. For fastest service, please describe the issue in detail and include the original order number in your correspondence. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued if an item needs to be sent to our facilities. Write this number prominently on the box or on the shipping label to ensure that the package is routed properly. We do not accept returned items lacking an RMA number. No exceptions.

A 10% restock fee applies to all non-defective products (20% for opened Zalman products). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, except for those incurred when shipping a repaired or replacement product from our facilities.

If a credit is issued to your credit card, please allow at least one or two days for it to clear, slightly longer in the case of international credit cards.
